Forgive us while we are under construction!
Here you'll soon find some of our food and farm friends in the Ventura County that you ought to get to know. There are so many people doing wonderful things in our backyard. Check back as we add more. =)
We appreciate milk of all sorts, including the kind you can get from nuts! Amy Bisogni, founder of Lux Almond Milk, uses an obscene amount of almonds in her milk which you can really taste. We absolutely LOVE her raw, cold-pressed milk in all the flavors but our favorite is Horchata. Find her every Saturday morning at the Camarillo Farmer's Market from 8 until noon or preorder, HERE!
Slow Food Ventura County supports the small food and agricultural businesses in the 805 and surrounding areas. They are a non-profit organization that works to highlight food and drink being done well in the area. They host dinners to raise money for excellent causes in the local farm-to-fork food world and much much more. We try to work as closely as we can to support SFVC as much as they support us.
